Rich Kraynak (Rich Kraynak) was born on January 20, 1961 in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Phoenixville (PA), Kraynak attended the University of Pittsburgh. Kraynak made his professional debut in the NFL in 1983 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles and Atlanta Falcons over the course of his 5 year career.

Most people believe that 1985 was Rich Kraynak's best year.
