Rich Koeper (Richard Manfred Koeper) was born on July 23, 1943 in San Francisco, California. After going to high school at Sequoia (Redwood City, CA), Koeper attended Oregon State University. Koeper made his professional debut in the NFL in 1966 with the Atlanta Falcons. He played for the Atlanta Falcons for his entire 1 year career.
