Born on September 25, 1974 in Pasadena, California, Rich Hunter (Richard Thomas Hunter) played for the Philadelphia Phillies for his entire 1 year career. Hunter broke into the bigs on April 6, 1996 with the Philadelphia Phillies, and put up a 6.49 ERA in 69.1 innings pitched in 1996, his rookie year.
