Reggie Swinton (Reginald Terrell Swinton) was born on August 24, 1975 in Live Oaks, Florida. After going to high school at Central (Little Rock, AR), Swinton attended Murray State University. Swinton made his professional debut in the NFL in 2001 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the Dallas Cowboys, Detroit Lions and Arizona Cardinals over the course of his 5 year career.
Most people believe that 2001 was Reggie Swinton's best year, as he had 414 punt return yards, ran back a punt for a touchdown and had 1327 kick return yards.
