Reggie Stephens (Reginald Dewayne Stephens) was born on February 21, 1975 in Dallas, Texas. After going to high school at Santa Cruz (CA), Stephens attended Cabrillo JC and Rutgers State University of New Jersey. Stephens made his professional debut in the NFL in 1999 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants for his entire 4 year career.
Most people believe that 2000 was Reggie Stephens's best year, as he picked off 3 passes.
