Reggie Sanders (Reginald Laverne Sanders) was born on December 1, 1967 in Florence, South Carolina. He made his Major League debut on August 22, 1991 for the Cincinnati Reds. In 1992, his rookie year, he hit .270 with 12 home runs and 36 RBI. Sanders played for the Cincinnati Reds, San Diego Padres, Atlanta Braves, Arizona Diamondbacks, San Francisco Giants, Pittsburgh Pirates, St. Louis Cardinals and Kansas City Royals over the course of his 16 year career.

Most people believe that Reggie Sanders's best season was 1995, when he slugged 28 home runs, stole 36 bases, hit for a .306 average and knocked in 99 runs.
