Born on September 14, 1888 in Dusseldorf, Germany, Reggie Richter (Emil Henry Richter) played for the Chicago Cubs for his entire 1 year career. Richter broke into the bigs on May 30, 1911 with the Chicago Cubs, and put up a 3.13 ERA in 54.2 innings pitched in 1911, his rookie year.
