Reggie Phillips

Reggie Phillips (Reginald Phillips) was born on December 29, 1960 in Houston, Texas. After going to high school at Jack Yates (Houston, TX), Phillips attended Southern Methodist University. Phillips made his professional debut in the NFL in 1985 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Chicago Bears and Phoenix Cardinals over the course of his 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1987 was Reggie Phillips's best year.
