Reggie Lowe (Reginald James Lowe) was born on June 14, 1975 in Washington, District Of Columbia. After going to high school at Central (Phenix City, AL), Lowe attended Troy State University. Lowe made his professional debut in the NFL in 1998 with the Jacksonville Jaguars. He played for the Jacksonville Jaguars for his entire 1 year career.
