Born on August 12, 1968 in Waynesboro, Virginia, Reggie Harris (Reginald Allen Harris) played for the Oakland Athletics, Boston Red Sox, Philadelphia Phillies, Houston Astros and Milwaukee Brewers over the course of his 6 year career. Harris broke into the bigs on July 4, 1990 with the Oakland Athletics, and put up a 5.30 ERA in 54.1 innings pitched in 1997, his rookie year.
