Reggie Garrett (Reginald Weldon Garrett) was born on November 22, 1951 in Silsbee, Texas. After going to high school at Waldo Mathew (Silsbee, TX), Garrett attended Eastern Michigan University and New Mexico Highlands University. Garrett made his professional debut in the NFL in 1974 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Pittsburgh Steelers for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1975 was Reggie Garrett's best year.
