Reggie Cooper (Reginald John Cooper) was born on July 11, 1968 in Bogalusa, Louisiana. After going to high school at Slidell (LA), Cooper attended the University of Nebraska. Cooper made his professional debut in the NFL in 1991 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the Dallas Cowboys for his entire 1 year career.
Reggiew was named the Defensive MVP of the state for the Runner-up Slidell Tigers. He was all state in Football and Basketball and was a McDonald's All-American
