Reggie Carr (Reginald S. Carr) was born on February 17, 1963 in Meridian, Mississippi. After going to high school at Meridian (MS), Carr attended Jackson State University. Carr made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants for his entire 1 year career.
