Reginald Harold Haslam Parnell (born July 2, 1911 Derby, Derbyshire, - died January 7, 1964) was a Formula One driver from England. He participated in 7 grands prix, debuting on May 13, 1950. He achieved 1 podium, and scored a total of 9 championship points.
His career was sadly undistingushed, his only major race win was the 1950 Paris Grand Prix. This was a non-championship event.
He also won two races in 1949, the Richmond Trophy and the Goodwood Trophy - both at Goodwood. He won several other non-championship races, although they tended to be British events, with little International Competition in the field.
