Red Dunn (Joseph Aloysius Dunn) was born on June 21, 1901 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After going to high school at Marquette Academy (Milwaukee, WI), Dunn attended Marquette University. Dunn made his professional debut in the NFL in 1924 with the Milwaukee Badgers. He played for the Green Bay Packers, Chicago Cardinals and Milwaukee Badgers over the course of his 8 year career.
