Red Corriden (John Michael Corriden, Sr.) was born on September 4, 1887 in Logansport, Indiana. He made his Major League debut on September 8, 1910 for the St. Louis Browns. In 1912, his rookie year, he hit .203 with 0 home runs and 5 RBI. Corriden played for the St. Louis Browns, Detroit Tigers and Chicago Cubs over the course of his 5 year career.
