Red Chesbro (Marcel Marcus Chesbro) was born on August 22, 1914 in Brooklfield, New York. After going to high school at Hamilton (NY), Chesbro attended Colgate University. Chesbro made his professional debut in the NFL in 1938 with the Cleveland Rams. He played for the Cleveland Rams for his entire 1 year career.
