Ray Yakavonis (Ray Yakavonis) was born on January 20, 1957 in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Hanover (Wilkes-Barre, PA), Yakavonis attended East Stroundsburg University. Yakavonis made his professional debut in the NFL in 1981 with the Minnesota Vikings. He played for the Minnesota Vikings for his entire 5 year career.

Most people believe that 1981 was Ray Yakavonis's best year.
