Ray Stachowicz (Raymond Mark Stachowicz) was born on March 6, 1959 in Cleveland, Ohio. After going to high school at Brecksville (OH), Stachowicz attended Michigan State University. Stachowicz made his professional debut in the NFL in 1981 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bears over the course of his 3 year career.
Most people believe that 1981 was Ray Stachowicz's best year, as he dropped 16 punts inside the 20 and had a 40.6 yard punt average.
