Ray Shearer (Ray Solomon Shearer) was born on September 19, 1929 in Jacobus, Pennsylvania. He made his Major League debut on September 18, 1957 for the Milwaukee Braves. Shearer played for the Milwaukee Braves for his entire 1 year career.
