Ray Nealy (Ray T. Nealy) was born on April 30, 1975 in Little Rock, Arkansas. After going to high school at Central (Little Rock, AR), Nealy attended the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. Nealy made his professional debut in the NFL in 1997 with the Miami Dolphins. He played for the Miami Dolphins for his entire 1 year career.
