Ray Hester (Ray Hester) was born on March 31, 1949 in New Orleans, Louisiana. After going to high school at Holy Cross (New Orleans, LA), Hester attended Tulane University. Hester made his professional debut in the NFL in 1971 with the New Orleans Saints. He played for the New Orleans Saints for his entire 3 year career.
Most people believe that 1971 was Ray Hester's best year, as he recovered 3 opponents fumbles.
