Ray Hare (Raymond Lewis Hare)After going to high school at Sheridan (OR), Hare attended Gonzaga University. Hare made his professional debut in the NFL in 1940 with the Washington Redskins. He played in the NFL for 5 years, playing for the Washington Redskins and Brooklyn Tigers over the course of his 5 year NFL career.Hare also played in the AAFC for 1 year, playing for the New York Yankees the entire time.
Most people believe that 1944 was Ray Hare's best year.
