Ray Frankowski (Raymond W. Frankowski) was born on September 14, 1919 in Chicago, Illinois. After going to high school at Hammond (IN), Frankowski attended the University of Washington. Frankowski made his professional debut in the NFL in 1945 with the Green Bay Packers. He played in the NFL for 1 year, playing for the Green Bay Packers the entire time. Frankowski also played in the AAFC for 3 years, playing for the Los Angeles Dons the entire time.
