Born on October 24, 1950 in Camden, New Jersey, Rawly Eastwick (Rawlins Jackson Eastwick) played for the Cincinnati Reds, St. Louis Cardinals, Philadelphia Phillies, New York Yankees, Kansas City Royals and Chicago Cubs over the course of his 8 year career. Eastwick broke into the bigs on September 12, 1974 with the Cincinnati Reds, and put up a 2.60 ERA in 90 innings pitched in 1975, his rookie year.

Most people believe that Rawly Eastwick's best season was 1976, when he posted a 2.09 ERA, won 11 games, notched 26 saves and struck out 70 batters.
