Raul Gonzalez (Victor Raul Gonzalez) was born on December 27, 1973 in Santurce, Puerto Rico. He made his Major League debut on May 25, 2000 for the Chicago Cubs. In 2003, his rookie year, he hit .230 with 2 home runs and 21 RBI. Gonzalez played for the Chicago Cubs, Cincinnati Reds, New York Mets and Cleveland Indians over the course of his 5 year career.
