Ratcliff Thomas (Ratcliff Thomas) was born on January 2, 1974 in Alexandria, Virginia. After going to high school at T.C. Williams (Alexandria, VA), Thomas attended the University of Maryland. Thomas made his professional debut in the NFL in 1998 with the Indianapolis Colts. He played for the Indianapolis Colts for his entire 3 year career.
Most people believe that 1999 was Ratcliff Thomas's best year.
