Rashod Swinger (Rashod Alexander Swinger) was born on November 27, 1974 in Paterson, New Jersey. After going to high school at Manalapan (Englishtown, NJ), Swinger attended Rutgers State University of New Jersey. Swinger made his professional debut in the NFL in 1997 with the Arizona Cardinals. He played for the Arizona Cardinals for his entire 3 year career.

Most people believe that 1999 was Rashod Swinger's best year.
