Rashaan Salaam (Rashaan Iman Salaam) was born on October 8, 1974 in La Jolla, California. After going to high school at Country Day (La Jolla, CA), Salaam attended the University of Colorado. Salaam made his professional debut in the NFL in 1995 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Chicago Bears and Cleveland Browns over the course of his 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1995 was Rashaan Salaam's best year, as he ran for 1074 yards and ran in 10 TDs.
