Born on August 22, 1976 in Canoga Park, California, Randy Wolf (Randall Christopher Wolf) played for the Philadelphia Phillies for his entire 8 year career. Wolf broke into the bigs on June 11, 1999 with the Philadelphia Phillies, and put up a 5.55 ERA in 121.2 innings pitched in 1999, his rookie year.

There is some disagreement on what was Randy Wolf's most productive season. Some believe that it was 2003, when he posted a 4.23 ERA, won 16 games and struck out 177 batters. However, others believe that it was 2002, when he posted a 3.20 ERA, won 11 games and struck out 172 batters.
