Randy Palmer (Randy Palmer) was born on November 12, 1975 in Pleasanton, Texas. After going to high school at Pleasanton (TX), Palmer attended Texas Agricultural and Mechanical University-Kingsville. Palmer made his professional debut in the NFL in 1999 with the Cleveland Browns. He played for the Cleveland Browns for his entire 1 year career.
