Randy Neal (Randy Peter Neal) was born on December 29, 1972 in Hackensack, New Jersey. After going to high school at Hackensack (NJ), Neal attended the University of Virginia. Neal made his professional debut in the NFL in 1995 with the Cincinnati Bengals. He played for the Cincinnati Bengals and San Francisco 49ers over the course of his 3 year career.
