Randy Milligan (Randy Andre Milligan) was born on November 27, 1961 in San Diego, California. He made his Major League debut on September 12, 1987 for the Pittsburgh Pirates. In 1989, his rookie year, he hit .268 with 12 home runs and 45 RBI. Milligan played for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Baltimore Orioles, Cleveland Indians, Cincinnati Reds and Montreal Expos over the course of his 7 year career.

Most people believe that Randy Milligan's best season was 1990, when he slugged 20 home runs and knocked in 60 runs.
