Randy Heflin

Born on September 11, 1918 in Fredericksburg, Virginia, Randy Heflin (Randolph Rutherford Heflin) played for the Boston Red Sox for his entire 2 year career. Heflin broke into the bigs on June 9, 1945 with the Boston Red Sox, and put up a 4.06 ERA in 102 innings pitched in 1945, his rookie year.
