Randy Frazier (Phillip Randy Frazier) was born on June 18, 1964 in Letcher County, Kentucky. After going to high school at Whitesburg (KY), Frazier attended Morehead State University. Frazier made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Kansas City Chiefs. He played for the Kansas City Chiefs for his entire 1 year career.
