Randy Duncan (Hearst Randolph Duncan, Jr.) was born on March 15, 1937 in Osage, Iowa. After going to high school at Roosevelt (Des Moines, IA), Duncan attended the University of Iowa. Duncan made his professional debut in the AFL in 1961 with the Dallas Texans. He played for the Dallas Texans for his entire 1 year career.
