Randal Hill (Randal Thrill Hill) was born on September 21, 1969 in Miami, Florida. After going to high school at Killian (Miami, FL), Hill attended the University of Miami. Hill made his professional debut in the NFL in 1991 with the Phoenix Cardinals. He played for the Phoenix Cardinals, Miami Dolphins, New Orleans Saints and Arizona Cardinals over the course of his 7 year career.
Most people believe that 1992 was Randal Hill's best year, as he hauled in 58 receptions and had 861 receiving yards.
