Ralph Stevenson (Ralph Lee Stevenson) was born on April 11, 1917 in Ponca City, Oklahoma. After going to high school at Ponca City (OK), Stevenson attended the University of Oklahoma. Stevenson made his professional debut in the NFL in 1940 with the Cleveland Rams. He played for the Cleveland Rams for his entire 1 year career. Is in the NFL WWII Veterans Honor Roll. Career Military in the USAF. Ran the Air Force's athletics and recreation from the Pentagon; on the 1956 Olympic Committee. He was Big 6 All-Conference on the Sooners 10-0 1938 team that still holds 7 of the 21 school's defensive records.
