Ralph Miller (Ralph Miller) was born on August 13, 1948 in Hartford, Alabama. Miller attended Alabama State University and California Lutheran University. Miller made his professional debut in the NFL in 1972 with the Houston Oilers. He played for the Houston Oilers for his entire 2 year career.
