Ralph LaPointe

Ralph LaPointe (Ralph Robert LaPointe) was born on January 8, 1922 in Winooski, Vermont. He made his Major League debut on April 15, 1947 for the Philadelphia Phillies. In 1947, his rookie year, he hit .308 with 1 home run and 15 RBI. LaPointe played for the Philadelphia Phillies and St. Louis Cardinals over the course of his 2 year career.
