Ralph Horween (Arnold Horowitz) was born on August 3, 1896 in Chicago, Illinois. Horween attended Harvard University. Horween made his professional debut in the APFA in 1921 with the Chicago Cardinals. He played in the APFA for 1 year, playing for the Chicago Cardinals the entire time. Horween also played in the NFL for 2 years, playing for the Chicago Cardinals the entire time.
