Ralph Foster (Ralph Ellsworth Foster, Jr.) was born on June 12, 1917 in Perry, Oklahoma. After going to high school at Perry (OK), Foster attended Oklahoma State University and the University of Idaho. Foster made his professional debut in the NFL in 1945 with the Chicago Cardinals. He played for the Chicago Cardinals for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1946 was Ralph Foster's best year.
