Born on June 28, 1958 in La Romana, La Romana (Dominican Republic), Rafael Vasquez (Rafael (Santiago) Vasquez) played for the Seattle Mariners for his entire 1 year career. Vasquez broke into the bigs on April 6, 1979 with the Seattle Mariners.
