Rafael Septien (Jose Rafael Septien)After going to high school at Colegio Vista Hernosa (Mexico City, Mexico), Septien attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Septien made his professional debut in the NFL in 1977 with the Los Angeles Rams. He played for the Dallas Cowboys and Los Angeles Rams over the course of his 10 year career.

Most people believe that 1983 was Rafael Septien's best year, as he made 22 field goals.
