Born on September 7, 1969 in Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional (Dominican Republic), Rafael Quirico (Rafael Octavio (Dottin) Quirico) played for the Philadelphia Phillies for his entire 1 year career. Quirico broke into the bigs on June 25, 1996 with the Philadelphia Phillies.
