R.C. Thielemann (Ray Charles Thielemann) was born on August 12, 1955 in Houston, Texas. After going to high school at Spring Woods (Houston, TX), Thielemann attended the University of Arkansas. Thielemann made his professional debut in the NFL in 1977 with the Atlanta Falcons. He played for the Atlanta Falcons and Washington Redskins over the course of his 12 year career.

Most people believe that 1983 was R.C. Thielemann's best year.
