Quinton Ballard (Quinton McCoy Ballard) was born on November 18, 1960 in Ashoskie, North Carolina. After going to high school at Gates County (Gatesville, NC), Ballard attended Elon University. Ballard made his professional debut in the NFL in 1983 with the Baltimore Colts. He played for the Baltimore Colts for his entire 1 year career.
