Quincy Carter (Quincy Carter) was born on October 13, 1977 in Decatur, Georgia. After going to high school at Southwest DeKalb (Decatur, GA), Carter attended the University of Georgia. Carter made his professional debut in the NFL in 2001 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the Dallas Cowboys and New York Jets over the course of his 4 year career.
Most people believe that 2003 was Quincy Carter's best year, as he threw for 3302 yards and tossed 17 TDs.
