Primo Miller (Ralph Bishop Miller) was born on April 9, 1916 in San Antonio, Texas. Miller attended Rice University. Miller made his professional debut in the NFL in 1937 with the Cleveland Rams. He played for the Cleveland Rams for his entire 2 year career.
