Preston Brown (Preston Melville Brown) was born on March 2, 1958 in Nashville, Tennessee. After going to high school at Maplewood (Nashville, TN), Brown attended Vanderbilt Universtiy. Brown made his professional debut in the NFL in 1980 with the New England Patriots. He played for the New England Patriots, Cleveland Browns and New York Jets over the course of his 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1983 was Preston Brown's best year, as he had 645 kick return yards.
